				Watson Park, Goulburn, NSW A new country house built amongst the trees of an old garden; this property has been substantially developed including a large pond, tennis court and ha ha forming its Northern boundary. Generous areas of lawn have been bordered with sweeping garden beds to compliment the scale of the house.
				The Master Plan was prepared to show what existing trees were to be retained and to illustrate the proposed layout of the garden (click to enlarge).			The house now sits comfortably within its garden setting of trees, garden beds and lawns. Existing trees break its roof line and now flowering shrubs soften the edge of the front verandah.
